Delroy Grant

This is Delroy Grant aka 'The Night Stalker' who orchestrated a reign of terror in south London that lasted 17 years. His known victims numbered 203, but the Met reckon that the real total could be nearer 500!

Grant 's speciality was to target single pensioners in their homes, having staked them out beforehand. Wearing a balaclava, he would wake his victim by shining a torch in their eyes before spending up to four hours with them, often striking up conversation. His crimes were so distinctive and common that beat officers were given a list of 23 hallmarks that could indicate he was responsible.

In at least two cases his rape victims subsequently died. Police tried in vain to catch him until eventually they set a 'rat trap' and caught him red handed.

He's due to be sentenced tomorrow. Frankly, he should just be chucked straight into the oven!

Mohammed Hanif Khan

I f there's one thing that pisses me off more than a rapist, it's a rapist who claims to be a man of the cloth. The bastard blatently abused the trust that was placed in him by the local community as a so-called holy man.

In October 2009, two young boys then aged 12 and 15 reported that Imam Mohammed Hanif Khan abused them sexually on a number of occasions between July 1 and October 16, 2009. Imam Mohammed Hanif Khan raped the then 12-year old boy on at least 5 different occasions. The boy’s then 15-year old cousin also complained that Imam Mohammed Hanif Khan tried to rape him when he stayed over at his house one evening. Both boys attended the mosque in Capper Street, Stoke-on-Trent, where 42-year-old Mohammed Hanif Khan was employed as imam

Mohammed Hanif Khan was convicted yesterday at Nottingham Crown Court of sexual activity with a child, as well as the two counts of rape. He was sentenced to 16 years and told he must serve at least 8 before being eligable for parole.

So when they let him out, Nick, I trust you will be ready to do the necessary...

Hazel Stewart

Former Sunday school teacher, Hazel Stewart, was jailed this week for 18 years for murdering her policeman husband and her ex-lover's wife and then covering it up as a suicide nearly 20 years ago.

She nearly got away with it too, but her lover, dentist Colin Howell, suddenly confessed following a series of calamities including the death of his eldest son, Matthew, which convinced him he was cursed. He implicated his former lover in the double murder, and she was put on trial.

Pc Trevor Buchanan, 32, and Lesley Howell, 31, were found together in a fume-filled garage in the seaside town of Castlerock, Co Derry. The couple passed their deaths off as suicide when they had, in fact, murdered them.

Buchanan had, in fact been drugged with sleeping pills and Howell was gassed and smothered. The bodies were placed in a car in a garage, Treasured belongings were arranged around them and then they were gassed with the car's exhaust.

She got away with it for 20 years and would still be getting away with it had Howell not confessed. She has shown no sign of remorse, so I reckon should be ripe for the oven. Unrepentant and unforgiven.

Muammar al-Gaddafi

Brotherly Leader and Guide of the First of September Great Revolution of the Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Muammar al-Gaddafi, deserves an extra large oven - not only to go with that oversized title, but also to match his oversized ego and the apalling acts he has performed.

Gaddafi assumed power in Libya on 1st September, 1969 in a military coup against King Idris while he was away in Turkey. It's probably about the last bloodless thing he did, and then only because the King wasn't there!

On Prophet Muhammad's birthday in 1973, Gaddafi delivered his famous "Five-Point Address" which declared suspension of all existing laws and implementation of Sharia, purging the country of the "politically sick", creation of a "people's militia" to "protect the revolution", administrative revolution and cultural revolution. School holidays were canceled to teach Gaddafi's thoughts to children in the summer of 1973.

He is the world's longest surviving ruler. Well known in this country for the Lockerbie bombing, in 1972 Gaddafi tried to get the People's Republic of China to sell him a nuclear bomb.

In 1977, he then tried to get a bomb from Pakistan, but Pakistan deliberately severed its ties before it succeeded in building a weapon. After ties were restored, Gaddafi tried to buy a nuclear weapon from India, but instead, India and Libya agreed for a peaceful use of nuclear energy, in line with India's "atoms for peace" policy.

Several people around the world were indicted for assisting Gaddafi in his chemical weapons programs. Thailand reported its citizens had helped build a storage facilities for nerve gas. Germany sentenced a businessman, Jurgen Hippenstiel-Imhausen, to five years in prison for involvement in Libyan chemical weapons.

Inspectors from the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) verified in 2004 that Libya owned a stockpile of 23 metric tons of mustard gas and more than 1,300 metric tons of precursor chemicals.

Quoted as saying "It is the Libyan people's responsibility to liquidate such scums who are distorting Libya's image abroad", Gaddafi employed his network of diplomats and recruits to assassinate dozens of his critics around the world. Amnesty International listed at least 25 assassinations between 1980 and 1987.

Gaddafi's agents were active in the United Kingdom, where many Libyans had sought asylum. After Libyan diplomats shot at ten anti-Gaddafi protesters and killed a British policewoman, the United Kingdom broke off relations with Gaddafi's regime. As of 2004, Libya still provides bounties for heads of critics, including 1 million dollars for Ashur Shamis, a Libyan-British journalist.

He has appropriated vast wealth for himself and his family and if a great friend of the Venezuean president, Hugo Chavez, where undoubtedly he has arranged a bolt hole in case everything goes pear shaped for him.

At the time of writing, Libya is effectvely in a state of civil war to remove Gaddafi, so I suppose it is a good thing that we found out about his ambitions for nuclear and chemical weapons, because this man is capable of anything.

I don't think there is an oven big enough for this man.

Anwar al-Awlaki

This dreg of humanity is Anwar al-Awlaki, an Imam and lecturer who spreads hate on behalf of Al-Quaeda. The US President wants him dead, UK security forces regard him as a major threat and he is currently on the run with a price on his head.

MI5 chief Jonathan Evans said last year that the “operational involvement” of Awlaki with al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsular was “of particular concern given his wide circle of adherents in the West, including in the UK. There is a real risk that one of his adherents will respond to his urging to violence and mount an attack in the UK, possibly acting alone and with little formal training,”

Clearly a forward thinking man, he uses the internet to recruit jihadist and has posted many videos on YouTube spreading his particular brand of religious dogma. It is believed he was a spritual advisor to the 9/11 hijackers.

Earlier this week, one of is disciples, Rajib Karim, was convicted in London on four counts of terrorism.

Rajib Karim

Rajib Karim was convicted this week at Woolwich Crown Court of conspiring to blow up a British Airways plane, and on further three counts of preparing for terrorist attacks, including conspiring with on-the-run radical cleric Anwar al-Awlaki.

Karim worked as an graduate IT trainee with BA Police whilst passing encrypted messages to Awlaki. In February last year Awlaki wrote to Karim: "Our highest priority is the US. Anything there, even on a smaller scale compared to what we may do in the UK would be our choice. So the question is with the people you have is it possible to get a package or a person with a package on board a flight heading to the US?"

A few days later Karim replied: "I do not know much about US I can work with the bros to find out the possibilities of shipping a package to a US-bound plane."

Jonathan Laidlaw QC, prosecuting, said of Karim: "He is ... an Islamic extremist, with close association to, if not membership of Jamaat ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh, an organisation committed to the establishment of Islamic rule in Bangladesh, responsible for terrorist attacks in Bangladesh, and with links to al-Qaida. The defendant ... believes terrorism, including murder of civilians, is permissible to establish, as he views it, a true Islamic state. [He] was anxious himself to carry out such an attack and determined to seek martyrdom."

Clearly a callous extremist seeking to murder innocent people. A prime candidate for the pit.
